The factory was founded in 1996 and has made solid beech seating in Troyan, Bulgaria for three decades. It produces wooden chairs, bar stools and tables for wholesale buyers.

The factory received European operational programme funding in 2021.

Modern automated lines apply the coating evenly and consistently. At BulChairs every chair also passes through final hand-finishing and inspection by experienced specialists, who check the joints, the curves and the hard-to-reach areas. It is the human hand that gives the finish and the attention to detail an automated process alone cannot achieve.

From the classic Viennese chair to contemporary solid-wood collections, we produce chairs for restaurants, hotels, cafés, wholesalers and project clients across Europe.

The bentwood range runs from Thonet-style dining chairs through bar-height stools. A solid-wood dining and table program sits alongside it.

The factory holds 37 standard tones from Natural through Wenge. Finishing happens in the same building as production.

Custom colours are matched to buyer RAL codes or physical samples. The confirmed tone is quoted before production begins.

Upholstered seats are padded, stretched, and stapled in the same factory that builds the frames. Each cover is heat-set and fixed by hand on the press, one seat at a time.

Vinyl and fabric programs run alongside COM orders. Buyers can send their own material and receive finished chairs from a single source.

Every order is prepared with attention to detail, to guarantee safe transport and easy acceptance of the goods. Each carton is clearly marked with the model, the colour and whether the chair is upholstered or not, which allows fast and accurate identification during unloading.

We offer full flexibility in organising transport. Customers can arrange transport with their own logistics partner (EXW) or, if they prefer, BulChairs can arrange delivery through its network of reliable transport partners. Whichever option is chosen, our team makes sure the order is prepared and loaded professionally, so that it reaches the customer safely and in excellent condition.
