When you submit an inquiry or request a quote, we collect the details you enter in the form: company name, contact name, email address, country, your message, and the products and quantities you selected.

If you contact us directly by email or phone, we process the contact details and content you provide.

We use this data to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and conduct the business relationship that may follow. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, and performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not build marketing lists, and we do not sell or share data with third parties for their own purposes.

Inquiry submissions are delivered to our sales inbox as email via Resend, our email delivery provider. The website is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. Both providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies. The inquiry list you build while browsing is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and stays on your device; it is only transmitted to us when you submit the inquiry form.

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only where Bulgarian commercial and tax law requires records to be retained.

Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to office@lilovi88.com and we will respond.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
